아침에 듣기 편안한 피아노 음악을 통해 듣는 이에게 휴식이 될 수 있는 음악을 만들고자 하였다.

트랙 1번부터 5번까지는 피아노곡으로만 이루어져 있으며 트랙 6번부터 10번까지는 피아노 연주에

물 흐르는 소리 및 파도소리가 믹스된 음악이 수록 되어있다.

고단한 삶에 쉼과 위로를 얻고자 하는 모든 이들에게 이 앨범을 바친다.
